	They were great bottles but unfortunately we did not receive all the boxes of them in time for the seminar and I ended up having to drive to Brampton and stand there for over 30 minutes while they tracked it down and I could see the box from where I was standing. I was satisfied with the product if we had the entire shipment. I am not satisfied with your delivery service.

	These pensils look great. The only reason they did NOT get a 5 of 5 rating is that the logo rubs off easily and they are difficult to sharpen with hand held sharpeners... I suspect that it is that the pensil uses a composit core rather than a solid wood one.
