I have only started to give them out and using one myself. Only down side I can see is having to take the card our to use in a bank machine. I see people using the protectors and not throughing them away like busness cards and other promotiona items.

the lip on the bottom of the guard was confusing- it is a weak point and will probably break off in time with normal usage. I don't understand why they were designed that way. Although the item that I received was satisfactory, it was not exactly what I had envisioned. I was expecting a sleeve to slide the card into rather than a snap on item. Everytime I give one to a client I have to explain how it works. That's fine when I have personal contact, but for a hand out at a trade show, that doesn't work so well.... if people don't know how to use them, they'll just get thrown away- and that's my money down the drain...

again these are a new item that has just started to go out to our branches - there hasn't been sufficient time to monitor the reliability of the item purchased however I would like to reserve opinion as to how well the insert part will stand up to continued use. Also the color indicated and ordered was navy blue but the color received is more along the line of slate blue but it will have to do.

The one credit card that does not work very well is the TD Canada Trust. There is difficulty with securing it in the swipe guard because of the thickness of the card.

Some of the card protectors have minor defects that don't allow the card to stay in the protector. I have been in touch with the company and will return the defective ones once I have had time to check all 500 of the items out. I will be given a credit or cheque is to be issued. I appreciates the quick response and solution to the problem.
