The pen is comfortable but it leaks ink. There are globs that are constantly forming at the tip and it does not leave for seamless writing. Globs of ink are left on the page.

Beautiful Mugs-Exceeded Expectations! These mugs are stunning and will be a hit with our Donors. The colours are bright and solid. Hand washed this well over 30 times and the imprint remained clear and colourful. These are not dishwasher or microwave proof however worth the slight inconvenience of handwashing. Worthy of gifting. We will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend

first order was a great product. then it was discontinued. then it was brought back, and it clearly is a different product, the base paint is not the same quality, not evenly coated. the logo print job was less to be desired as it was half rubbed off during shipment (due to abrasive cardboard boxes, and no individual protection). needless to say, the only reason it gets 2 stars is because #1 the original product was 5 star worth, and #2 the customer service at 4imprint is unmatched.

These bags are great, look great and the bottoms are harder than expected which is awesome, they are perfect size, love the colours - green and purple. Only issue being I ordered many and I was shorted one box, I hope 4imprint helps to find the missing box (10 bags) as I wasnt provided much for tracking information. I can update once I find my missing box. I am not sure if this is an issue on 4imprints side or the courier let's hope it is easily located and delivered soon!

There is nothing wrong with the functionality of the USB, but it used to ship with the keychain attached and now it's separate. A small inconvenience but our staff didn't like the change. Most people discarded the keyring part, contributing to more waste.

Ok, but expected a bit better quality for the price. The canvas is sturdy, the bag construction is ok (some handles needed to be re-sewn to be secure). The printing, for the most part is fine (the printing on a couple of bags was not great). The fabric has quite a few different coloured thread slubs that are very noticeable but that is sometimes the case with lower quality unbleached cotton. Also the bags were not consistent in colour or quality of material and about 10% of our order was not usable due to scuffing marks / splotching and canvas discolouration. Not sure if I'd re-order.

The PMS colour matching was not good. It seems like the unique colour that we want is being printed on top of another colour/black so it doesn't match the pantone colour we're looking for.

Colour and logo are awesome. Pencil writes nicely, lead doesn't break easily. Biggest issue is that a few too many of them sharpen off-centre, using our high-use level electric pencil sharpener. Erasers are a bit too soft for long-term use, but are fine for the client's training days.
