Product was excellent. The product was made on time. The shipment however was not coordinated satisfactorily. The product was shipped to our PO Box number and not our civic address as provided. I had to drive through a snow storm for an hour to go and pick it up at a Purolator distribution center and then drive back in it. Had to be there before 7 pm and did not find out unitl 5 pm that it could be picked up at their center. There customer service provided by 4imprint on this time sensitive shipment was unacceptable. It took a great deal of time to try and track it through the Purolator tracking system. This product was for my wife's 60th birthday parade as we were handing these out to all of the participants the next day.

first order was a great product. then it was discontinued. then it was brought back, and it clearly is a different product, the base paint is not the same quality, not evenly coated. the logo print job was less to be desired as it was half rubbed off during shipment (due to abrasive cardboard boxes, and no individual protection). needless to say, the only reason it gets 2 stars is because #1 the original product was 5 star worth, and #2 the customer service at 4imprint is unmatched.
