Pen is good, imprint sucked. Our logo imprint fell mostly under the pen clip (as oppose to the side of the clip as shown here in your example).

The pen is comfortable but it leaks ink. There are globs that are constantly forming at the tip and it does not leave for seamless writing. Globs of ink are left on the page.

The logo and print on the pen is hard to read. The processor had written me and asked for approval of the product, which I gave as it looked good on the computer, but as I scrolled down (after approving it) I noticed a note from the processor that the print Color I chose on the Color pen I chose would not show up well. I thought I had written 4imprint to have it fixed, but later found my email in my outbox unsent. So, the pens are ok, but really are hard to read the details.

Got these as wedding favours. Overall I am mostly happy! The personalization is great. However out of the 5 I have unpacked and looked at. Some are looser than others, some the lenses aren't in properly, and some other minor imperfections. For the price though they are as expected. Also Please Stop Shipping with Loomis. Their customer service is AWFUL! I know that isn't an issue with the product, and it did not affect my rating.

These are fairly standard tote bags but the print logo looks great and they are sturdy enough to stand up to several months of abuse from children lugging them to and from sport classes. They're quite large and can hold a lot!

first order was a great product. then it was discontinued. then it was brought back, and it clearly is a different product, the base paint is not the same quality, not evenly coated. the logo print job was less to be desired as it was half rubbed off during shipment (due to abrasive cardboard boxes, and no individual protection). needless to say, the only reason it gets 2 stars is because #1 the original product was 5 star worth, and #2 the customer service at 4imprint is unmatched.

I belong to an old fishing club that had an old logo created in '62. I was able to get a photograph of the logo properly digitized, which in turn enabled me to get new coffee mugs for the camp. Now, you have to be aware that the coffee at this camp comes from a very old stainless steel percolator that is heated over an old gas stove. The coffee is absolutely perfect. Best. Ever. (Just sayin'). The coffee needed THE best mug to enjoy properly and we now have them customized perfectly. Thanks for making it easy!

The PMS colour matching was not good. It seems like the unique colour that we want is being printed on top of another colour/black so it doesn't match the pantone colour we're looking for.

Colour and logo are awesome. Pencil writes nicely, lead doesn't break easily. Biggest issue is that a few too many of them sharpen off-centre, using our high-use level electric pencil sharpener. Erasers are a bit too soft for long-term use, but are fine for the client's training days.
