There is nothing wrong with the functionality of the USB, but it used to ship with the keychain attached and now it's separate. A small inconvenience but our staff didn't like the change. Most people discarded the keyring part, contributing to more waste.

The logo and print on the pen is hard to read. The processor had written me and asked for approval of the product, which I gave as it looked good on the computer, but as I scrolled down (after approving it) I noticed a note from the processor that the print Color I chose on the Color pen I chose would not show up well. I thought I had written 4imprint to have it fixed, but later found my email in my outbox unsent. So, the pens are ok, but really are hard to read the details.

Got these as wedding favours. Overall I am mostly happy! The personalization is great. However out of the 5 I have unpacked and looked at. Some are looser than others, some the lenses aren't in properly, and some other minor imperfections. For the price though they are as expected. Also Please Stop Shipping with Loomis. Their customer service is AWFUL! I know that isn't an issue with the product, and it did not affect my rating.

first order was a great product. then it was discontinued. then it was brought back, and it clearly is a different product, the base paint is not the same quality, not evenly coated. the logo print job was less to be desired as it was half rubbed off during shipment (due to abrasive cardboard boxes, and no individual protection). needless to say, the only reason it gets 2 stars is because #1 the original product was 5 star worth, and #2 the customer service at 4imprint is unmatched.

Colour and logo are awesome. Pencil writes nicely, lead doesn't break easily. Biggest issue is that a few too many of them sharpen off-centre, using our high-use level electric pencil sharpener. Erasers are a bit too soft for long-term use, but are fine for the client's training days.
