first order was a great product. then it was discontinued. then it was brought back, and it clearly is a different product, the base paint is not the same quality, not evenly coated. the logo print job was less to be desired as it was half rubbed off during shipment (due to abrasive cardboard boxes, and no individual protection). needless to say, the only reason it gets 2 stars is because #1 the original product was 5 star worth, and #2 the customer service at 4imprint is unmatched.

We are almost always happy with the merchandise that we get from 4imprint, but I have to say that these bottles were an exception. Even though our staff only hand-wash their water bottles, the imprint did not wear well and began to come off almost right away. A major design flaw in my opinion is the lack of an air hole in this bottle! It's obvious whenever anyone in the building is trying to use theirs because of the loud sucking and slurping noises one has to make to get the water out of the bottle. Gross!

Should have read more carefully. Expected this to be an insurance holder, meaning folded in the middle with two slots to put paperwork. This product is the size of an unfolded Insurance holder and has one big slot on the other side. Not what we were expecting. even when designing the artwork I expected the artwork would be on one side of the folded Insurance folder, instead it is the entire side of the unfolded product.
